The Settlement Council of Australia and host organisation, Access Community Services, invite members of the settlement sector to a practical workshop designed to address the National Settlement Services Outcomes Standards and examine their applicability to the crucial work performed across the sector.

Managers, Case Workers and Volunteers are all invited to attend and explore different ways that the National Standards can be incorporated into work practices, with a particular emphasis on increasing capacity and encouraging and stimulating best practice across the sector.
