Science of Leading through Times of Change
We live in a VUCA world – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Accelerated change is now the norm and we are playing under ‘new rules’ when it comes to managing people, and ourselves. Traditional ways of managing are no longer as effective as they once were, so we need ‘new tools’ to assist us in navigating this new environment. We need to become Master Leaders and Master Communicators!
This workshop is for you if...
Understanding humans appeals to you!
"We use the word change all the time, but we don't really understand what change is in the brain, or the impact that changing circumstances have on us
In this workshop you will take a deep dive into what change really is, what happens in the brain when change occurs, and discover ways to help you and your team embrace it.
"Humans are walking habits. To manage change we need to adapt our thinking, emotional and behavioural habits to suit the new circumstances"
In this workshop you will come to understand that you have a lot more influence over creating more useful habits in yourself, and in others than you think, and you will learn the six steps involved in putting that into practice.
"Change happens one conversation at a time, not in one conversation".
In this workshop we will reflect deeply on the role that conversations play in supporting people through change. Michelle will share some powerful tips from her Rewire Conversation program, and unpack a simple 4 step Conversation approach you can begin to implement immediately.
- Understand and work with humans
