Event description

Description

This event is provided to the Light community by the Light Regional Library Service:

Free coding session for children aged 8-13.

Bookings Essential!

Scratch is a computer language designed by MIT to get kids coding.

In one of our holiday sessions you will learn some basic Scratch coding techniques and build your own rock band!

Children will work on computers supplied by the library and may work in pairs depending on bookings.

All the sessions are the same so please only book into one.

With the Library Code Club launching at Kapunda Library in Term 4 we wanted to offer children a chance to try out Scratch coding and see what it is all about.

A full guide to our holiday activities is available here.
