School Holidays - Grow Your Sew

Following on from our popular Learn to Sew lessons, during Grow Your Sew you will use the sewing pattern and fabric of your choice to extend your sewing knowledge and learn more complex techniques. Students should be confident with simple sewing and using a sewing machine.

Each day we will spend the morning in the studio where you will learn:

• how to use and care for a sewing machine & other special equipment
• about fabrics and other materials
• to read and use more complex sewing patterns
• different seam finishes, bindings, zips etc

This class is recommended for students with an interest in creating their own clothes.

You can bring your own sewing machine if you prefer, or learn on one of our lovely computerised machines.

Lessons will be held every morning from Monday 4th July through to Friday 8th July 2022, and are subject to our terms and conditions found on our website https://www.kuruicottage.com/terms-conditions.

The classes are recommended for ages 8 years and over, and it's perfectly suitable for Mum (or Dad) to come & learn at the same time - email me for a discount code if you are wanting to buy more than one ticket!
