Event description

Description

Albert Einstein once said, 'The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination'. Holidays are the perfect time to nurture imagination, creativity and learn new skills..

Visual storytelling is an essential skill in our current digital age. It enhances students' communication skills which are useful for any school projects. This five day filmmaking workshop will improve students' creativity, critical thinking, educational achievements, and ability to decipher the image-driven world around them. Research suggests students who are fluent in communicating visually do better at school, and in their future careers. This workshop will challenge students intellectually and cognitively to imagine and create. We at VSA welcome you to be part of this exciting journey.

In January we completed a very successful 5 day workshop. Our next five day workshop in April will include:

  • Pre-production: Planning, scripting & storyboarding

  • Production: Acting, Directing, Camera Work, Sound Recording.

  • Post-production: Everything between production and creating the final print of a short film.
