Description

Summer Series: Strength and Conditioning Applications For Upper Body / Lumbar Spine and Lower Body Musculoskeletal Complaints

As allied health practitioners (osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors and myotherapists) we are dealing with individuals who require exercise prescription/strength and conditioning as part of their rehabilitation to assist in their return to sport, work or everyday ADLs. In addition to this we are also often working with individuals who are currently regularly exercising in the gym and are dealing with musculoskeletal complaints resulting from their exercise program or technique.

This course aims to provide attendees with a framework to assess individuals and then prescribe an strength and conditioning program that respects the individuals musculoskeletal complaint and looks to assist them in the rehabilitation phase and return them to their sport, work or everyday ADLs.

Course Investment $650 (including GST)
