Parenting is definitely the most difficult job there is. If you're looking for a re-set after the holiday and New Year period, are looking to break some bad habits or are wanting family life to run more smoothly in 2019 this workshop is for you.

Presented by Psychologist and mother of three, Giuliett Moran of Empowering Parents, the workshop aims to educate parents about how to raise resilient children who are well equipped to overcome adversity.

Topics on the day will include:

  • The reason routine and structure is so important for children and how to provide this in a way that is realistic and convenient for busy lives.

  • Age appropriate expectations of children and why these are so beneficial

  • Habit formation and steps to break and replace bad-habits

  • Practical ways to approach challenging behaviour

  • Practical strategies to help you to overcome your families greatest challenges - everything from hectic mornings to painful dinner, bath bed-time.
