About Frank

"I am a passionate foodie with a love for all things Artisan. My earliest memories are of long afternoons spent with my Italian family including aunts, uncles, cousins and neighbours as we peeled and boiled tomatoes for Passata or as we minced meats for Salami. I remember fondly the passion everyone felt or what we all were making."

Sausage Making Master Class with Dinner & Vino

Frank will introduce you to the knowledge, experiance & tools you need to make your very own sausages and eat them too .

* Group up and learn the prosess of mixing, mincing, filling and linking.

* Make and take home your very own sausages in a handy cooler bag

* Take home a instruction booklet with some handy receipes

* Appreciate our Pork & Fennel Sausages and a shared selection of our menu with your group while experiancing our best match of Italian Vino for dinner !
