Saturday Yoga - A Morning Community Flow in Inner West Sydney
Event Information
About this event
Rise and Shine!
Start your weekend right with a bright and early yoga flow in Sydney's Inner West. Whether you’re an avid yogi or simply yoga-curious, we’re inviting you to drop in and join us for our weekly Community Yoga Classes.
Practices will be facilitated by yoga teacher Christine Chu, who is also in the final year of her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Supported by her knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, she’s inspired to help you steady the mind and unify movement with breath, through safe and functional practices.
