13 & 20 August - Virtual Reality of SA Marine Life
Time: Sessions every half an hour between 11am and 2pm
Join Experiencing Marine Sanctuaries for a totally immersive experience. Put on a pair of VR goggles and immerse yourself in the marine life of the ‘Great Southern Reef’. Experience the colourful giant Australian cuttlefish, friendly sea lions, sea dragons and what it is like to dive under Rapid Bay jetty surrounded by other divers and large schools of reef fish.
Following the VR experience, there will be the opportunity to ask a marine biologist about the marine life you have experienced and a videographer to ask about the cameras and techniques used to capture the 360 videos.
Included within the ticket price will be the activity and a voucher for the weekly Saturday Sessions Special at Square Cafe within the Salisbury Community Hub to be redeemed on the day. The special will include a small drink and a tasty treat.
Pre-registration is required for all Saturday Sessions events.
