Are you feeling, stressed, burnt out or overwhelmed? Has your monkey mind got the better of you?
Come along for an 6 week class and learn a variety of techniques to help you relax, reset and restore. Classes will cover:
• Breathing techniques
• Grounding techniques to anchor you in the present
• Guided relaxations
• Chakra visualisations
• Mindfulness meditation
Class Length: 6 weeks
Saturday Morning Class: 8.00am – 9.00am, commences Saturday 22nd July
