Outlining and Writing Well Workshops

This hands-on session, led by UWA Graduate Education Officers, will focus on how to improve the impact of your application by outlining well and writing clearly.

Outputs:

  • first pass outlining of the project descriptions
  • experience of developing a piece of text that has been "written well"

Sessions:

11 January from 10am - 12pm: Discovery Project focus

23 January and 26 Februrary from 10am - 12pm: Open to all

Resources/Prerequisites: It would be useful you have a draft project description and/or you have prepared a Plan on a Page before attending this event. All resources are available via the SASP Landing Page.


This workshop is part of the Streamlined Application Support Program (SASP), which aims to save time, reduce administrative uncertainty and improve application quality for UWA researchers applying for a 2019 ARC Discovery Project or DECRA. Its features include a set of online resources and a series of workshops available to all UWA researchers.
