Drop in Library Sessions

These drop in sessions will provide researchers with dedicated support from Library and Research Development staff as they draft their applications.

Outputs:

  • a reviewed and/or edited piece of work

Sessions:

All sessions will be held from 13:00 - 14:00 in the following locations:

Discovery Projects for Internal Submission

  • 22, 23, and 29 January: Barry J Marshall Library
  • 24 and 30 January: Reid Library

Discovery Projects for External Submission & DECRA Projects for Internal Submission

  • 13, 14, and 19 February: Barry J Marshall Library
  • 15 and 20 February: Reid Library
  • 16 February: QEII Library

DECRA External Submission

  • 5, 6, and 12 March: Barry J Marshall Library
  • 7 March: Reid Library
  • 8 March: QEII Library


Resources/Prerequisites: It is expected that you will have a draft of your proposal ready to discuss. For more information and resources please visit the SASP Landing Page.

Note: RSVPs are not required, but if you'd like to attend a particular session, please let us know!


This workshop is part of the Streamlined Application Support Program (SASP) which aims to save time, reduce administrative undercertainty and improve application quality for UWA researchers applying for a 2019 ARC Discovery Project or DECRA. Its features include a set of online resources and a series of workshops available to all UWA researchers.
