Enjoy the outdoors and autumn sunsets with our Twilight Meditation classes on the foreshore!
Sarah from Quiet Mind will be back beside iconic Sandringham Band Rotunda for six weeks every Wednesday at 6:30pm from 2 March - 6 April 2022.
Classes will run for 30 - 45 minutes and may include some mindful movement to prepare the body, breath-work to prepare the mind and a 15 - 20 minuted guided meditation. The focus will be on finding a sense of calm and ease, and each week will feature a different style of meditation.
No experience necessary.
BYO cushion or chair and a light blanket for warmth, plus sunscreen, mozzie repellent, water (and towel for a sunset dip after class!)
Places are limited to 25 people per class - get in quick to reserve your spot!

COVID Information:
This is a COVID Safe event. Please maintain 1.5m distance from other participants wherever possible - face masks are optional but not essential.
THE TEACHER:
Quiet Mind Meditation - Sarah Fletcher
Sarah learned to meditate as a teenager and has been teaching others this life skill for more than 12 years. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher and Meditation Trainer, and a member of the Meditation Association of Australia.
You'll find Sarah walking her cavoodle along the foreshore most afternoons, before chasing local sunset photos with her camera.
WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS:
In case of rain or inclement weather, the class may be cancelled and registered participants will be notified via email and given the choice of transferring to another day or receiving a full refund.
If you are no longer able to attend we ask that you cancel your order to allow another person to attend. You can cancel your order via Eventbrite up to one day before the event, or by emailing us before 5pm on the day. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
