Description
On behalf of the organizing committee, I invite you to attend the Saliva and Liquid Biopsy Sympoisum 2018 to be held at Gardens Point, Brisbane, Australia. This is a spectacular venue in the heart of Brisbane and we hope it will inspire both speakers and attendees alike to engage enthusiastically in the Saliva and Liquid Biopsy discussions aimed at enriching our understanding of its clinical application and how it can provide insights into translation from bench to bedside. Importantly, we will also showcase cutting edge technologies in this space.
This year the symposium will run for 2 days, which will enable us to cover the latest advances occurring in the translational research. The program will begin on Thursday the 5th of July with registration from 8.00am for a 9.00am program start and conclude on Friday 6th July at 3.30pm. The organizing committee maintains a philosophy of keeping registration costs free for this event to encourage attendance and this is only possible due to the generous support of our sponsors. So please ensure to visit the exhibitor tables and check out their latest products.
An exciting line up of speakers will be presenting their research, including Prof Chuck Henry (Colorado State University, USA) and Professor Ian Papautsky (University of Illinois at Chicago, USA) as well as other international speakers to be confirmed. Complementing these keynote speakers will be a cross section of national speakers from around Australia, and tech spotlights who will showcase the depth and quality of Saliva and Liquid biopsy.
This year’s program will feature:
- Advances in Salivary Diagnostics
- Point of care devices
- Liquid biopsy: CTCs, ctDNA and exosomes
- Big Data – bioinformatics
- Tech spotlights and industry experts
We look forward to seeing you at QUT Gardens Point, Brisbane in July.
