Solution sales revolves around virtually all business sales, Business to Business and Business to client and is transferable to virtually any sales activity. It has been successfully used in Real Estate, Tourism. Media to name a few.

Essentially it is knowing what style, and or, questions to ask the client to elicit honest and realistic answers that will help you solve the perceived dilemma or problem the client wishes to solve by utilizing your product or services. At its best it will also inform the client of the product or service that is best suited to what they want to achieve, it has been known to increase sales revenue and to allow the customer to come to an informed decision that will give them the best answer to their perceived dilemma. Hence the name Solution Sales.

Solution Sales also underlines the fact that EVERYONE in the business is involved in the sales process not just the Salesperson. The receptionist, the person who answers the phone or email ALL are in sales.

The best outcome is arrived for both parties by asking correct Questions
