This is the third event presented by Ian Mason as part of the Sales Masterclass series. Each event is a standalone event. No knowledge linked to previous events is required.


As you look to scale your start-up, it will become increasingly difficult to do all the selling yourself. So, the first step to scaling a business should be to scale the sales process. How can you scale the process without scaling your team? How can you scale your sales team without losing the magic of the founder? Most importantly, how do you scale a sales process with the goal of meeting your sales targets?


Agenda for the day:

ABOUT IAN MASON

Ian Mason is best known as the Head of Development at London-based Virgin Startup. He's also the founder of an education startup providing physical and digital learning resources to schools.

Ian is no stranger to Brisbane or Queensland, having been a mentor for the QUT Creative Enterprise Australia (CEA) Collider Accelerator in 2017 and 2018. Ian has also joined Chief Entrepreneur Steve Baxter on a number of visits to towns, cities and communities outside Brisbane.
