Learn a skill you can brag to your friends about at this full-day salami-making workshop. Those who have mastered the skill are held in high regard at many Italian tables, and family recipes are closely guarded.

Join the King of Salami, James Mele of the Meat Room Bespoke Butchers, in this hands-on class on the glorious centuries-old tradition of making cured porky delights to enjoy year round!

Your ticket for the day includes a delicious lunch in Dal Zotto’s Trattoria, a glass of vino and some of your very own salamis to eat at home. The class is limited to 20 people, so get in quick!
