A bit about Lynette:
Lynette Heidenreich has over 20 years HR experience in the wine industry, not-for-profit organisations, rural and professional services organisations in Australia and Japan.
Lynette returned to the Barossa Valley in 2012 to assist small to medium businesses with their Human Resources and Safety needs.
Lynette has a holistic approach to managing your people which includes pre-employment tips, best practice recruitment and selection, induction programs, policy development, safety and managing performance.
Lynette enjoys helping businesses become more professional and managers to get the most out of their people.
A bit about Lucy:
Lucy is a WHS Advisor from the Workplace Advisory Services, and is providing an education session for small business. Lucy has 15-20 years’ experience in Health and safety and has run her own business.
