About this event

These classes, which have been inspired by my continuous teachings in embodiment practices as well as women's circles with Michaela Boehm, (https://www.michaelaboehm.com/) are here to help you move through the heaviness in your body and gain the clarity that is needed to create deeper intimacy with yourself and others.

Join me on this explorative and expansive circle of awareness, evolvement, embodiment and movement.

Spiritual & Sacred Connections

• The spiritual teachings that come through will help you have a deeper understanding of the Divine connections to the 'flow' [feminine] and 'go' [masculine] energies as well as sacred Archetypes. These teachings will help you to reflect on the learnings and move forward with confidence. You will also be taught embodiment practices, specific women’s group exercises, as well as sacred rituals taken from various lineages passed down from woman to woman.

Embodiment Movement & Healing Practice

• I will take you through various gentle yet powerful embodiment practices, which will aid us in traumatic release, emotional closures, and physical contractions. We will end the class with a Ritual and an Energy Healing.

What you will need

• Please find a quiet place where you can attend this class without distractions.
• A journal to write notes and/or your thoughts in
• A glass of water and a warm drink of your choice (please no caffeine/alcohol)
• Feel free to bring into your space any elements (such as crystal, candles, clearing sprays, oracle cards, essential oils. photos of your guides, massage oil etc) that you’d like to have in your private sacred circle at home
• A mat and/or a blanket and pillow for the practice section of this class as there will be movement done on hands and knees as well as lying down and standing.

ONLINE DETAILS

This is a monthly LIVE Event held between 7pm-9.30pm on the first Wednesday night of every month.

The event will use Zoom and due to number restrictions with the meeting platform, ticket numbers are limited. Please have Zoom downloaded onto your device of choice ahead of the event.

24 hours ahead of the event scheduled, you will receive an email that provides a link to the Live Zoom session with clear instructions on how to join on the night.

BREAKS

There will be a few short breaks throughout the circle. Refreshments and snacks can be consumed during the sessions as well but the breaks will provided the needed reset before we continue.

INVESTMENT

$30 a ticket (eventbrite fee is additional)

REFUNDS

There will be No Cash Refunds issued for this event once ticket has been purchased. If you are not able to attend on the day you can opt to transfer your ticket to another session scheduled
