RCA 12 step & Cause Tree - VIRTUAL COURSE
Book onto this event for Adelaide (ACST) time zone!
There are no travel expenses / accommodation / parking / meals involved. Whether you are in an office at work, in a remote location, at a restricted access site, working from home or elsewhere.
Each session is run via video conferencing facilitated by us as we continue to support you through two sessions covering the 12 steps theory and two sessions working on your real current unsolved issue through to completing a business case for your project. We're now including access to our RCA2Go software as part of the course with a 12 month FREE trial period to ensure you have the best experience from the online training and get to check out the software for yourself.
The program is delivered across four sections.
The first week is theory and the second week is practical looking at your own project in groups. Each session is run via video conferencing with a mixture of slide show, video, discussions, breakout sessions, homework between sessions and training on the software.
TWO sessions per week over TWO weeks: (Note the dates & hours for each session)
Tuesday 4th May (2.5hr) and Wednesday 5th May (4.5hr)
• Session 1 & 2: Theory & worked scenario's
o Focus Phase
o Find Causes Phase (Cause Tree including combination causes)
o Fix Forever Phase
Tuesday 11th May (3.5hr) and Wednesday 12th May (3.5hr)
• Session 3 & 4: Your own project
o Working through the RCA steps on a current unsolved issue from your workplace
o Your own project - presenting to the group
o Business case presentation
What do I need?
You will need a computer with online access, as well as video and audio. There is no need for software download. The RCA2Go software is web based and a login will be provided for this.
We will provide you with a hard copy of the training manual and a PDF of work sheets for the course. You will need to have post it note pad, marker and pen.

This course is applicable to anyone wanting to learn how to use formal problem solving to solve complex problems.

Jeff Naylor has worked across many industry sectors and delivered more than 200 problem solving courses over the last 5 years. With broad industry background experience, Jeff has supported industry sectors including chemical, fibre optics, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, pulp&paper, manufacturing assembly, dairy, automotive, power generation, oil & gas, power transmission, water, defence, distribution, health care, aircraft and manufacturing.
