Whilst running is great for your overall health and well-being, injuries are very common, with research suggesting that up to 80% of runners will obtain an injury each and every year that they run! We think that's way too many...

Most often, running injuries are a result of training errors, musculoskeletal deficits and/or poor running technique. The great news about this though, is that all of these factors can be assessed and treated! At Physio Fit, we have undertaken extensive training in running re-training, running biomehcanics and exercise rehab so we are well equipped to give you the advice you need to help manage your pain or improve your performance.

Come along as we host a FREE interactive evening where we will share all of our running secrets with you!

Topics include:

  • Common causes of running injuries (we will touch on feet, shins, knees, hips and lower backs!)
  • Faults in running technique and ways to overcome them
  • Training errors to avoid
  • Practical assessment tips to try yourself
  • Some take home exercises to get your rehab or prehab kick-started

Our FREE running injury event will be held at our clinic at 31 Smart Road, Modbury, on Tuesday 28th November from 7:30 - 8:30pm.
