  • How to personalise your plate to achieve your optimal body composition;
  • Why day to day nutrition feeds race day success;
  • Planning nutrition for race day;
  • Why metabolic health is the answer to all of your health and training goals.

Elly is practicing nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition, is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia and a certified Integrative Health Coach.
