About this Event

In this session, Accredited Running Coach Tim Crosbie will answer common training questions, share practical training tips and specific 5K, 10K and Half Marathon advice.

Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to this workshop – having been a running coach for 20 years ranging from beginner levels through to elite Australian representatives. Tim has been involved with Run Melbourne since it’s beginnings.

Tim Crosbie, Accredited Running Coach

Tim has been running for 40 years and coaching for nearly 20 years
. He is a former state medallist in the marathon and Australian finalist in the 1500m
.

Tim is the head coach of Run Melbourne and the Melbourne Marathon series
 as well as the coach of the Crosbie Crew, one of Melbourne's largest recreational running clubs
.

He coached Sinead Diver (1st Australian in the 2015 World Championship Marathon) and Kirstin Bull (Australian 100km record holder)
.

Tim currently works at Athletics Victoria as Recreational Running Coordinator.
