DISTILLING EXPERIENCE
JimmyRum is the first dedicated, craft rum distillery in Victoria and we are passionate about sharing our knowledge of rum, cane spirits and craft distilling. That’s why we have created unique events and experiences like this one. We want you to learn a little more, get excited and enjoy the delicious flavours rum has to offer.
What’s involved –
- A three-hour interactive rum experience showcasing the ‘behind the scenes’ workings of our distillery
- With our distiller, you'll go through a full distillation run on our 50-litre trial still (Shazza). You'll get to see, taste and experience what it’s like to craft distil.
Also included -
- A tour of our working distillery and the opportunity to get up close and personal with our main girl, the1500 litre Italian copper still, 'Matilda'
- A deep dive into rum, the JimmyRum journey and craft distilling
- Enjoy a rum tasting experience as we walk you through our JimmyRum products, other rums from around Australia and the variety of styles from around the world.
- Get the morning started with a Toby Estate double espresso (with optional "dash"), tea or hot chocolate
- Sit down to a complimentary bite to eat, while our distiller bottles you up 50ml of what we distilled on the day to take home.
