Event description
This 75 minute seminar is a must for any health profession who has a public profile, and engages in advertising & all forms of social media.

About this event

The rules for medical advertising have changed – yet again – from December 2020.

Medical Advertising has been controversial since mid last century. This webinar looks at the Australian legislation and regulations associated with Medical Advertising to ensure that your social media and marketing contents are not breaking the law. The Australian legal framework for medical advertising is a lot more stringent than many other countries, and attempts to work around the ethical issues of commercialisation of medicine.

We have done the hard work in sifting through the legislation and regulations for you, so to find out if you are treading too close to the legal boundaries or unintentionally breaking the law with your social media or advertising, join us for a comprehensive look at the laws in this area.

There will be time allowed for anonymous questions at the end. A recording of this seminar will be made available for 7 days after the live event for those who will not be able to attend. A completion certificate will be issued at the conclusion of the live seminar or after viewing of the recording.
