Event description

Description

You are welcome to join us for a fascinating walking tour accompanied by our Heritage Guide, who will explain the early beginnings of the Royal Perth Hospital Heritage Precinct. Please bring a hat or parasol & of course your camera for some fabulous photo opportunities.

The walk covers a distance of approximately 800 meters and due to the heritage nature of the buildings some access will be via stairs. The tour concludes in the Royal Perth Hospital Museum where morning Tea will be available. Please take the opportunity while you are there to check out the fascinating museum as it is not usually open on a Sunday.

All Tour attendees are to meet at 10 Murray Street, Kirkman House under the Morton Bay Fig Tree at 9.45am for a 10.00 am start time.

Bookings are essential as a maximum of 25 places are available for each tour. Attendees will be required to provide their contact details for security reasons.

As a Special Bonus with the purchase of your ticket to the walk, the Royal Perth Hospital Heritage Society Inc has included membership from the 1 July 2018 to the 30 June 2019, we hope you join us with this amazing offer.

Any further enquiries please ring the Heritage office on (08) 9224 3447 or email us rph.heritagesocietyinc@gmail.com

Small group booking are available by appointment.
