Overview

In November, Sodexo*, a food services and facilities management company, hired 600 Western Australian workers (1,200 nationally) showing the significant growth in just one business. How would you integrate these 600 into your organisation and minimise the disruption to your supply chain?

This roundtable is limited to 16 members only; a small and intimate gathering to allow you to find out the latest ideas in other organisations.

Our host is Ryan Lanzon, Associate Director, Procurement & Supply Chain, HR, Engineering and Manufacturing. Ryan has over 10 years of management experience in London and Perth and assisted companies including Roy Hill, South 32 and CHB Group to secure their Procurement & Supply Chain functions in Perth. Ryan specialises in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing and supply chain. During this event, Ryan will give a market update in these areas.

The West Australian economy is facing substantial opportunities and challenges as a result of globalisation and digitisation. It is clear that business growth and building capability are the current challenges facing managers in Supply Chain across many industries.

Our moderator for this breakfast is Karen Livey who runs her own training and speaking business. With her vast experience in working with those leaders who want to step up their performances to benefit themselves, their teams and their organisations. Karen believes that leaders make the difference in organisations. They need to be supported and developed through their work journey to achieve greatness. Karen has a degree in psychology and qualification in neuroscience of leadership.
