The NSW Government has eased restrictions pertaining to Outdoor Pool Lap Swimming. In order to manage the risk of spread of COVID-19, we are limiting the amount of swimmers within our centres. Customers are required to book their lap swimming spot a day in advance.

Customers with an active membership or multi pass, can use this to enter the facility.

Is entry to the centre free?

No. Normal Fees and Charges to access the centres apply.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Customers 14 years and under, must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Either bring your ticket or you can show the staff on site your ticket on your mobile device

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

No, the registration for the booking time slot cannot be transferred to another person or another date

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The person making the booking must attend. Bookings cannot be made on the behalf of others unless it is a parent/guardian booking for their child.

Are recreational or walking lanes available?

No recreational swimming is not part of the stage 1 easing of restriction. Customers wishing to walk in their lane they have booked for their session are free to do so.

Are there any other terms and conditions of entry?

As well as standard terms and conditions of entry, there are some COVID-19 specific conditions in place. These include:

* Social distancing of 1.5m must be maintained at all times

* Customers must sanitise their hands before entering the facility with the sanitiser provided

* Customers who have travelled or are returning from overseas within 14 days will not be permitted entry.

* Customers who have COVID-19 or other respiratory illness symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has within 14 days will not be permitted entry.

* Customers must be out of the centre by the end of the session, not out of the water. i.e. If you enter the centre for a 2pm-3pm session, you must be out of the centre by 3pm sharp so the next session can commence on time.

* While change rooms and showers will be open, we strongly encourage customers to shower at home if possible. If you do use the showers and amenities please ensure you adhere to social distancing and safe hygiene practices at all times.

* Customers who do not abide by the terms and conditions of the facilities, including the additional COVID-19 specific conditions will risk eviction and/or a ban from the facility.
