What is mindfulness? “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally.” ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn

What are the benefits? Studies demonstrate that the benefits of mindfulness include better focus and concentration; increased self-awareness; stronger impulse control and feelings of calm; reduced stress, loneliness, aggression and violent behavior; and increased empathy and understanding of others.
"We tend to think of meditation in only one way. But life itself is a meditation". ~ Raul Julia
