EVENT DETAILS — FRIDAY, 19 DECEMBER 2025 (5–8 PM)
To wrap up the year, we’re welcoming back Onannon Wines, the boutique Mornington Peninsula producer renowned for expressive cool-climate styles and thoughtful winemaking.
Winemaker Will Byron returns with his trademark wit, storytelling, and deep knowledge of site and season. For this rooftop edition, enjoy two of his favourite chilled summer releases:
- 2024 Onannon Pinot Gris
- 2024 Onannon Pinot Noir
Instead of a structured tasting, this event is intentionally easy and social — a chance to enjoy great wine, shared nibbles and sunset views while connecting with others.
Our rooftop bar will be open all evening with wines from $10 per glass, plus a seasonal bar menu available for purchase.
Live acoustic music from 5–8 PM will set a chic, golden-hour atmosphere across the terrace.
