Come along to our first CX CoP event for 2018 to:

  • Hear Stephen Brady’s thoughts on why effective management of customer feedback is important in providing better customer experiences

  • Hear from a guest speaker on the importance of diversity and applying
    empathy when managing customer feedback

  • Apply customer centred design techniques to explore complaint handling (persona and customer journey mapping)

  • Learn about root cause analysis and its importance in reducing complaints
