Join Social Food Project head chef and RMIT alumni Ben McMenamin for his series of on campus cooking classes! Running twice a week from 19 September - 11 October, Ben's classes will focus on giving you the skills to cook super easy, sustainable and delicious meals.

Ben's passion for sustainable gardening and cooking practices started at RMIT, when he founded 'Greening RMIT' during his studies. Since then Ben has been hosting numerous gardening workshops and cooking demonstrations for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Each workshop will run from 4pm - 5:30pm. Below are the topics for each session:

Tuesday 19th September: Curry
Wednesday 20th September: Bug Dukkah (Sign up here)

Tuesday 26th September: Vegetable stir fry
Wednesday 27th October: Pickles and Preserves

Tuesday 3rd October: Pizza
Wednesday 4th October: Healthy Salads and Superfoods

Tuesday 10th October: Dumplings
Wednesday 11th October: Desserts
