This Risk Management Training Session is designed to help your team to apply it to a single project, a department, or use it as a basis for an enterprise-wide risk management program. The ability to use risk management techniques will enable your team to increase performance and become more effective in their roles.

  6. Hazard and Risk Assessment: designing basic risk assessment procedures
  7. Reporting and Monitoring: reporting hierarchies and prerequisites
  8. Threads and Opportunities: key components of establishing your risk management context, kinds of threats, as well as the definitions of hazard and hazard management
