A conscious space for girls blooming into womanhood. A 6 week course to re-write the stories of what it means to be a woman, and be educated on how to thrive as your true self in a woman’s body. Themes range from menstrual cycle awareness, womb wisdom, emotional expression, boundaries, body image and confidence, honouring your inner voice and much more. Each circle, will be a mixture of sharing, educational material, and play with fun activities to help facilitate the learning process.
