I have found that these experiences are not isolated—they are shared by so many women of colour. But you do not have to carry them alone.

Evidence suggests that women of colour face these unique challenges in leadership, yet, when given the right support and visibility, they become powerful catalysts for change and innovation.

There was a time I believed that healing and leadership were separate paths. But through shared stories and collective growth, I discovered that visibility, confidence, and authentic leadership are built together—not in isolation.
