Description

The main focus of this workshop is how to create the endurance and strength to go from 1 rep to 10 reps on ring skills. We will take an in depth look at exercises the athlete can do to increase their capacity, and efficiency to perform various movement on rings.

Whether you can muscle up on rings already or just looking to start your journey this Clinic is designed for all skill levels. This workshop is focussed on teaching techniques for skills like the front support, muscle up and shoulder stands. Identifying the foundation movements needed to achieve and improve your capability of performing these skills on the rings. I also give you strenght work you can take home with you that will help improve your overall Ring skills and strength.

This will be a 2 hour Ring Skills Clinic taking place at Crossfit Andfit Gold Coast on the 24th of Nov from 9:00 to 11:00 am
