Australian Bauxite Limited - Binjour Project.

Australian Bauxite Limited has tenements along the east coast of Australia across Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. Australian Bauxite’s Binjour Project, located 115km southwest of Bundaberg, is slated to become its flagship project.

In November 2019, Australian Bauxite announced the Binjour Project is underway with a Mining Lease Application to be lodged in early 2020. A sales MoU h as been exe cute d between Australian Bauxite, Rawmin Mining of India and Chinese aluminium producer Tianshan including an MoU with the Port of Bundaberg to export bauxite in bulk through the Port.

Australian Bauxite Limited CEO Ian Levy will discuss the projects scope and timelines including potential procurement opportunities for the region.

Evolution Mining.

Evolution Mining owns and operates six gold mining operations. Four of the operations are in Queensland, one in New South Wales and another in Western Australia.

Their Queensland mines, Mt Carlton located 150km south of Townsville, Mt Rawdon located 75km south-west of Bundaberg, Ernest Henry located 38km north east of Cloncurry and their Cracow mine, located 273km south-west of Gladstone, produced approximately 385,000oz of gold in the 2018/19 financial year.

In 2019 Evolution reported a net profit of $218.2 million with their portfolio of assets delivering consistent operational performance. They continue to focus on the transformation of their business.

Cracow general manager Jason Floyd will discuss the company’s projects including future operations, scope and timelines as well as potential procurement opportunities for the region
