Join Mandy & I Sunday July 30th from 11am - 3:30pm to learn basic tools & techniques that you can apply in your everyday life to support you in creating a life that you love!!

During the Event we will be Focusing on Mindset, Wellness & Nutrition which are 3 Key Pillars to Thriving in Your Life!!

Mindset ~

Did you know that your emotions have a direct affect on your health & well-being? Did you know that your mind affects everything? Your mind is responsible for your joy, happiness, motivation, procrastination, bad habits, your physique, your relationships; you name it, and your mind affects it.

Every day our minds are inundated with negativity, whether it is through our own stinking thinking or implanted toxicity through media, family, or other people I like to call “energy vampires.” The news is flooded with violence, crime, and pain and most movies and shows on TV center around drama. Also realize that social media is full of gossip and negativity (take notice in who you choose to follow).

In order to grow through life we require a clear and steady mind. Without it, our emotions will keep us in a place of lack, scarcity and fear aka survival mode and prevent us from thriving. We must first “get out of our own way so that we can create the life that we truly desire!”

With clear conscious and intentional focus, you can find meaning in everything and begin to participate in creating the life you desire vs. your subconscious mind dictating what you get.

Wellness ~

Our approach to Wellness is Holistic (whole-istic) meaning that everything is integrated and contributing to the overall health of one's body.

We will discuss the role that mindset, nutrition, movement, toxin exposure, medications, stress etc. play in our daily lives and how it could be affecting you negatively. You will learn ways to improve your lifestyle through managing your stress levels, changing your thoughts, creating a new daily routine, integrating toxin-free products, changing your nutrition habits etc.

Nutrition ~

Nutrition is about health. We do not promote counting calories, eating on a specific time schedule or weighing food. We are here to teach you simple easy ways to integrate healthy toxin-free whole foods into your daily lifestyle that will taste delicious, keep you satisfied and give you tons of natural energy.

There will be a live demos to show you how easy it is to make healthy plant based meals, snacks and treats.
Followed by a healthy lunch and beverages for all!!
