“Fantastic to come back and discuss reviews now that we have been practicing GDCP for a while. Discussing real examples and practicing today has pulled it all together for me”
“Full of practical tips and ideas about when to do reviews so that we can fit them into our busy clinical loads and make them worthwhile for patients”
“I hadn’t really understood the value of reviews until today. I’ve got a clear plan now about the systems we need to put in place to make it possible and lots of resources that we can use as we keep improving our review processes with the team”
“We’ve been having these review conversations with consumers, but never really written them down in a way that captures the information correctly. I’ve got lots of ideas now and the examples were really helpful”
