-Do you want to get together with women and receive the best treatment for your mind and body with relaxation, fun, and workshops while enjoying nature? Escape to the peacefulness of the countryside and let your body and mind de-stress?
Our retreats include Yoga session, singin Bowls Therapy Session, all meals, meditation and relaxation, cooking class, plus plenty of free time for you to unwind, read a book or have a swim, or pamper yourself with a massage or skin care\make up class and lots of FUN and emotions.
All activities are optional - if you would prefer to sleep in, go for a walk, or have some time to yourself - the choice is yours. The aim of this retreat is to rest and recharge your batteries.
Our gentle yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners who have no previous yoga experience, to those that practice yoga regularly.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood fire, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool table, piano, electric blankets and more.....In summer enjoy a swim in the magnesium salt pool, in winter- get together and keep warm next to the fireplace.

8:30 am Morning yoga class experienced yoga teacher
9:30 am Breakfast
10.00 am Face lifting workshop
11:30 am Botanic garden /Art gallery
2:00 pm Lunch (picnic outdoors)
4:00 pm Free time /swimming pool
5:30 pm Wish Map
7:30 pm High Tea Dinner
9:00 pm Games, dancing, etc.
10:30 pm Quiet time /bed

8:30 AM Singing Bows session(Singing bowls are bowls used to promote relaxation. They produce sounds and vibrations when hit or circled with a mallet)
9:30 AM Breakfast
10.00AM Free time –walking in local beautiful places
