Event description

Mid-market retailers need to harness emerging technology to become innovative contenders in their industry. With a cloud-first future being inevitable, it is time for established organisations to evaluate their present-day standing.

Modern customers engage with organisations differently. Not only do customers expect brands to know their tastes more than ever, they also use a multitude of devices in their shopping experience. It is paramount for retailers to modernise their infrastructure, so that innovative technologies and practices can be embraced and harnessed as they emerge. This will enable brands to stay ahead of the curve - to be the next disruption in the retail industry.

While the most mature brands in Australia and New Zealand report a 15% increase in revenue from data-driven marketing, only 2% of Australia and New Zealand brands are realising the potential of data driven marketing strategies.

To be competitive Retailers must embrace technology and transform into building innovative solutions to understand the value of their customers, and personalise their experiences.

On Tuesday, 27 November at the Google Melbourne Office, join us for the Retail Super Powers Summit where you will learn the techniques to build innovative marketing and retail solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.
