The 5-week RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from having to process toxins like sugar. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings.

The program runs for 90mins every Wednesday for five weeks from 7pm to 8.30pm on February 22, March 1, 8, 15 and 22.

What's the refund policy?
Classes are non refundable but can be transferred to another class or person
What happens if I can not make a class?
Please let the Instructor know and you will be able to make the class up at a time agreed upon by both you and Instructor. This may be in person or via Skype depending on availabilty.
What should I wear to class?
The classes are held in a casual relaxed atmosphere so wear something comfortable like yoga clothes.
