Be guided to a deeper connection with yourself, to feel nurtured, held and supported as you witness and meet yourself and unwind tension held by your body, heart and energetic field for inner harmony.

Rest & Restore is a beautifully nurturing class in an intentional space and includes:

• the use of essential oils & aromatherapy healing
• guided & sound meditation
• gentle Spinal Energetics
• restorative yoga (grounding and meditative postures on the mat supported by yoga equipment)

Monday at 7pm from The Elements of Happiness 3/131 Nepean Hwy Seaford

Investment: $55 plus booking fee

• Class size is limited to 12 people

Kirsty offers practices to support you to feel valued and witnessed in your journey to feel whole and connected through movement, intentional breath, body awareness, energy healing, meditation and supported self-enquiry.

Kirsty is a Spinal Energetics and Reiki practitioner, Yoga teacher, meditation guide and retreat facilitator. With a Bachelor of Health Promotion (2005) Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience working in Public Health across multiple sectors in Australia and the UK.
