Take a sacred pause before the year’s end. Rest before the Rush is a 3-hour gathering devoted to slowing down, tuning in, and nourishing your inner calm.
You’ll be guided through a gentle sequence of yin yoga, an immersive sound bath, and a mindful tea ritual with seasonal treats — a practice of stillness designed to restore balance before the busyness ahead.
This event is for those who crave depth over doing, presence over pressure, and softness over stress.
Flow of the Afternoon
- Arrival & Tea Ritual – arrive slowly, settle in, and share a quiet cup to begin your transition into stillness.
- Yin Yoga for Stillness & Release – a gentle sequence to soften the body and open the breath.
- Restorative Sound Bath Journey – surrender into deep rest as layers of sound wash through and reset your nervous system.
- Closing Circle & Seasonal Nourishment – a moment to ground, share reflections, and connect softly with one another.
- Lingering in Stillness – stay a little while after the sound fades. Move gently, sip tea, and take your time to leave. Let calmness linger.

What should I bring?
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything that makes you feel cozy.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made 7 days before the event. You’re also welcome to gift your place to a friend if you can’t attend
