PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL SITHFAB002
RSA training gives people working in licensed venues the skills and knowledge to provide safe and responsible service of alcohol. This is mandatory to serve alcohol in any role within the Hospitality Industry.
MUST BE 17+
Participants who complete this program receive a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate from the Victorian Commission for Gaming & Liquor Regulation. In addition, they receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognized unit of competency SITHFAB002

After this course you should be able to:
- interpret the relevant legal requirements for responsible sale or service of alcohol for the local state or territory law
- outline the procedure to refuse sale or service of alcohol and assist
- understand the impacts of excessive drinking on others.
- interpret organisational or house requirements and outline appropriate communication and conflict-resolution skills to be used when asking the following different intoxicated customers to leave the premises.
This training is run in partnership with Laverton Community Education Centre.
