*WORKSHOP NOW FULL*

Register for the waiting list here.

Addressing employee complaints and conflict is a key element in maintaining a positive and healthy workplace.

This workshop will give you the practical skills on how to conduct formal investigations into grievances and misconduct. You will also learn to understand the obligations that decision-makers should consider before accepting investigation findings and determining an outcome.

We will also look at other conflict resolution tools such as mediation, facilitated discussions and restorative practices and when these may be appropriate in the workplace.
