Resilient Girls Bush Camps for 10 -12 year old girls is a perfect way for early teens to be supported in their growth as young women and for mums to adapt to their changing role.

Girls will be guided in new experiences to assist with 'growing up' & independence as they ready to transition into womanhood.  Girls will build their self confidence, in preparation for their 'growing up' years with new peers & most importantly their mother.

Mothers will not camp, but need to be present for the first hour 5-6pm on the Friday and the last 2 hours (1-3pm on the Sunday) of the camp to build their knowledge of their changing role in each others lives & own worlds.

Focus on: Self identity - Mind sets - Self-care - Understanding Womanhood - knowing yourself - understanding your intuition - Teen Physical, emotional and social changes

Camp Package Includes: Nutritious meals - Camping equipment - Yoga - Craft - swimming - Nature activities - Writing & art - talking circles & journalling - Dance & song - Experienced, nurturing Child Safe & Outdoor Education trained facilitators

Held in a secluded site near to Mt Gambier (TBC either Robe or Casrpenter Rocks )

Facilitated is by Louise Flaherty: mother, outdoor educator & family focused counsellor. Elvira Elix: strong woman, nature lover, rock climber, & girls mentor
