Enjoy a long lunch outside in the Rahamim community gardens with our guest Dr Steb Fisher as we start a conversation about building resilience for population, land and water - the future of the Bathurst region.
Steb has a BA, MA and DPhil in chemistry from Oxford and spent 11 years with BP. He now designs and facilitates programmes/workshops exploring economic/political fameworks for sustainable communities and societies.
The menu will be sourced and cooked from the Rahamim Gardens and surrounding farms. It will include fresh baked bread, baked olives, vegetables, Rahamim eggs, honey and fruits.
Local wine will be available for purchase per glass on the day.
