Resilience At Work (RAW) teaches aspects of Neuropsychology, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology, which give you advanced skills for enhancing emotional health and wellness, so your Staff stay calm, focused and optimistic over extended periods of challenge.

How much are unseen stress and mental health problems costing you now? Can your team members speak up and contribute? Do they feel powerless and voiceless? A lack of attention to these matters could already be costing you a great deal.

During an interactive, practical and fun one day Resilience At Work (RAW) workshop, The WMHI mental health specialists will teach :

1. How stress is created?
2. Build your personal power & harmony
3. How to attain emotional mastery?
4. To monitor levels and use of energy, and focusing it constructively
5. Taking personal responsibility for self care and personal effectiveness
6. Short circuit the cycle of drama and keeping themselves and others calm and focused
7. To identify outdated coping strategies that can actually make stress worse
8. New and adaptive coping strategies, including mindfulness, to help deal with perpetually stressful environments
